Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping (1-6 business days) is FREE for orders over $55 - otherwise it's $4.99. There is an extra shipping charge for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Military APO/FPO addresses. We will contact you with a shipping quote before we ship your order. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.If you have special shipping needs, please contact us and we'll make every effort to accomodate you.

All the Replacement or return date is within 30-days of date of purchase, you can Replacement or return the items for a full refund (less the original shipping charges) or request a replacement. Toners.com will pay for the return shipping via Pre-paid FedEx or UPS label. If the Replacement or return date is after 30-days of date of purchase, you can Replacement or return the items for a full refund (less the original shipping charges) or request a replacement. Online ordering is now easier than ever. To place an online order, all you need is an Altex online account. Shop for all of your technology needs and simply add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Basket" button located in the product listing. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, just click the "Checkout Now" button in your basket. Select your shipping requirements, enter your billing and shipping information, and then confirm payment information and order completion and you are on your way. Altex Electronics accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, and net terms based on credit approval. Your information is collected on a highly-secured site (SSL 128-bit encryption.) If you want to pay by cashier's check or money order, please contact us at 626-579-9881 and ask to speak with a salesperson. Please Note: Credit Card Orders, your bill-to and ship-to addresses MUST MATCH or be on record with your credit card company or your order WILL BE DELAYED. For personal check / EFT Orders, until the funds transfer is complete, your order will not be processed. This may take four business days. In the event that there is a problem in retrieving funds from your account, the waiting period may be longer.
